Frozen Chocolate Cream from Mom Marcon's Kitchen

This recipe is from my mom's recipe files. She was a great cook, but hardly ever measured anything. Still, everything came out wonderfully.

Step-By-Step

1Mix in 2 quart pan:
1/4 lb. marshmallows (16)
3 T. water
1/4 t. salt
2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt and
mixture is well blended. Remove from heat.
Add:
31 pkg (6 oz) semisweet mint flavored chocolate morsels
Stir until melted and mixture is smooth. Cool about 20 minutes. Fold in:
41 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped. Pour into 10 x 5" loaf pan. Freeze until
firm.
Serves 6 to 8
