East chocolate-glazed doughnuts

|1 c||powdered sugar|
|1 Tbsp||cocoa powder|
|oil, for frying|
|1 pkg||refrigerated biscuits, like pillsbury, 10 biscuits|
In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa and water until smooth.
In lg saucpan, heat 1" of oil over high heat until hot, but not smoking. Separate biscuits. Using a sharp knife, cut out a small circle in the center of each biscuit, to form doughnut shapes.
Cook doughnuts and holes in hot oil for about 1 min per side. Drain on paper towels. While still warm, dip doughnuts and doughnut holes into glaze mix.
