Divine Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

- 1 ounce squares bittersweet chocolate
- 1 ounce squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 1/4 stick
- 1/2 c
- 1 1/2 c
- confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp
- 2 Tbsp
- grand marnier liqueur
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 6 (6 oz.) custard cups.
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave or in a double boiler. Add flour and sugar to chocolate mixture. Mix in eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and Grand Marnier. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake for 14-15 minutes. Edges should be firm but center will be runny. Run knife around the edge to loosen and invert onto dessert plate. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
