Creme Brulee Fondue (from the Melting Pot)

Our FAVORITE chocolate fondue! Great with pound cake, angel food cake, brownies, strawberries, bananas . . . anything you can dip!

Ingredients

1 pkg
white chocolate chips
1/4 c
heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp
caramel syrup
1/4 c
carmalized sugar
2 tsp
caramel liqueur

Directions Step-By-Step

(I use an electric fondue pot for this recipe, but you can also use a double boiler).

Melt white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth.

Add caramel syrup.

Sprinkle carmelized sugar over the top of the fondue.

Spritz with the liqueur and light on fire (this will further carmalize your sugar).

Keep warm, stirring occasionally, and serve with your favorite dippers!

The left over chocolate (if there is any) can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated later!

    Oh, I just love the Melting Pot!!! I always look forward to going there, especially with my girlfriends on "The Girl's Night Out" that they have at the Cleveland, OH Melting Pot. We have so much fun together! It was my Christmas gift to my closest friends a few years ago and it was the best gift I could have given. None of them had ever been there before. It is very affordable too. Plus, you get the extra of getting some type of spa treatment too.
    Oh, getting carried away when I saw Melting Pot. hehe
    This recipe looks delish as do all your recipes. I especially like your Candyland Cake. It is just gorgeous! I made an Army Tank cake for my nephews that I posted on here just recently. It is a work of love as you stated, as it took me and one of my friends several hours to make that Army Tank too.
