Cookie Dough Cheeseball

I can never get my cheeseball shaped into a ball, so I usually just spread half the Almonds into the dish that i am going to serve it in and then spoon in the cookie dough mixture. Once I have done that, I spread the other half of Almonds on top before putting it in the fridge. Also you can sub. almonds for pecans if you like.If you don't want the chunks of cookie dough you can also get the tube of cookie dough. When I want to make it that way I will use the whole tube. Works really well if you serve it with different graham cracker. Hope you enjoy it.
