Chocolate Pudding For 1

- 1/2 c
- 1/3 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp
- 2 tsp
- frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)
1In a small microwavable glass bowl add milk, salt, and chocolate chips then microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stir until chips are melted.
2Add cornstarch, stirring until no lumps remain.
3Microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture begins to boil.
4Stir again and let cool to room temperature, and pour into a small bowl or dessert dish.
5Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
