Ingredients For chocolate nut and cereal crisps

1/2 choney bunches of oats with almond

3/4 cmuesli

1/2 cshelled unsalted pistachios, chopped

1/2 cdried banana chips, chopped

1/3 chazelnuts, chopped

1/3 cdried apricots, chopped (optional; any dried fruit will work)

8 ozbittersweet chocolate, chopped (70% cacoa)

1/8 tspfine sea salt
How To Make chocolate nut and cereal crisps

1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together cereal, muesli, pistachios, banana chips, hazelnuts and apricots.

2In a small heat proof bowl, melt chocolate over a double boiler. Add in salt and stir until chocolate is smooth. Pour chocolate over dry ingredients and mix to combine.

3Spread onto prepare baking sheet and push together to form a large ½-inch thick bar. Allow to cool at room temperature for about an hour and then chill for 30 minutes or more until chocolate hardens. Cut into pieces. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
