Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies

|1 c||butter (2 sticks)|
|1/3 c||cocoa powder|
|1 1/2 c||flour|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract|
|10 oz||miniature marshmallows|
|1/2 c||butter, softened|
|1-1/2 tsp||vanilla extract|
|3 Tbsp||cocoa powder|
|2-3 c||powdered sugar|
Soften butter and blend in sugar and cocoa. Beat together and add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one. Add flour, salt and vanilla, mix well.
Spread on 10 x 15 x 1 inch greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 22-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread one package of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes until marshmallows are soft and puffy. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting
For the frosting, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth. Add more powdered sugar or milk until you reach desiredd consistency and spread on top of bars.
