|1 stick||butter, softened|
|1 c||chopped pecans|
|1 pkg||8 oz. cream cheese|
|1 oz||6 oz. container cool whip, thawed|
|1 c||powdered sugar|
|2 pkg||small pkgs. chocolate instant pudding mix|
For crust, cream butter and flour together. Add nuts and put in 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light golden, about 20 minutes. Cool.
For second layer, beat cream cheese to soften. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Mix well and spread over crust.
For third layer, mix pudding mix and milk. Spread over second layer.
For top layer, spread reserved Cool Whip over pudding layer. and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.
