butter, unsalted (melted)
semi-sweet chocolate chips (i prefer ghirardelli)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13" pan.
Mix the first 8 ingredients in a medium size bowl in the order given. Put half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips into the mix.
Pour mixture into the pan. Scatter the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
