Carol's Story

I make candy at Christmas time with dried fruit, nuts and candy corn and I melt a white coconut Lindt bar and pour it over the other ingredients. I put it in the fridge for a short time. It is a hit..!! I decided to do a Chex mix using a white coconut Lindt bar the other day and I tell you...I cant stop eating it.

Ingredients

corn chex cereal
3 c
tiny twist pretzels
2 c
chinese noodles
4 Tbsp
melted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl measure 5 cups of corn chex cereal, 3 cups of tiny twist pretzels (I use Rold Gold), 2 cups of Chinese noodles. Blend the dry ingredients together. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and pour on top of everything and stir till blended. Shake 3 teaspoons of Kettle popcorn powder on top and stir till everything is coated. Melt in a double boiler or microwave a bar of Lindt White Coconut bar till melted. Pour it over the other ingredients till thoroughly mixed. Put the concoction on a waxed lined cookie sheet and put in the fridge until it cools. Break it up and store in a air tight container. This treat won't last too long.
