nonstick cooking spray
20 oz white chocolate chips, about 3 cups
1 can 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz shelled natural pistachios
1 c dried cranberries

Directions

Coat 9" square cake pan with cooking spray and set aside. In heave-bottomed pot, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over LOW heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat immediately.

Stir in Vanilla, pistachios, and cranberries. Spread in pan. Cool fudge to room temperature or chill.

Sherri, when you make this if you like cranberries and pistachios, put plenty in, sprinkle some on top. It will turn out just like the picture. Thanks for your interest.
