Calling all Chef's, here is the best of Christmas Fudge. Come and get it. This is my Christmas present to all of you. Have fun. Enjoy


nonstick cooking spray
20 oz
white chocolate chips, about 3 cups
1 can
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
8 oz
shelled natural pistachios
1 c
dried cranberries

Directions Step-By-Step

Coat 9" square cake pan with cooking spray and set aside. In heave-bottomed pot, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over LOW heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat immediately.
Stir in Vanilla, pistachios, and cranberries. Spread in pan. Cool fudge to room temperature or chill.
