White Chocolate Fudge with Pistachios and Cranberries

|nonstick cooking spray|
|20 oz||white chocolate chips, about 3 cups|
|1 can||14 oz. sweetened condensed milk|
|1/2 tsp||vanilla extract|
|8 oz||shelled natural pistachios|
|1 c||dried cranberries|
Coat 9" square cake pan with cooking spray and set aside. In heave-bottomed pot, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over LOW heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat immediately.
Stir in Vanilla, pistachios, and cranberries. Spread in pan. Cool fudge to room temperature or chill.
