4 cocktail picks
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 cups semisweet chocolate chops
4 marshmallows


1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put graham cracker crumbs in shallow dish. Set aside. Spear marshmallows with cocktail picks. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Dip marshmallow sticks in chocolate, one at a time and let excess drip off. Roll in graham cracker crumbs and put on prepared baking sheet. Serve at once or if you’d like the chocolate to set, refrigerate about 1 hour before serving. Serves 4
