- heavy cream
- 1/4 c
- 12 oz
- bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- peppermint extract
- candy canes, crushed
1Bring the cream and sugar to a boil over low heat, pour over the chocolate and stir until smooth to make a ganache.
2Add 1-2 drops of peppermint extract to the ganache and stir to combine.
3Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in crushed candies. Chill until ready to serve.
