Oreo Cookie Balls Recipe
By Shannon Smith Shannon
I call theses truffles in disguise. Easy to make and yummy in your tummy as my kids say.
Once you dip them in the white chocolate you can customize them with any holiday sprinkles to fit your occasion. Enjoy!
What can I say, these are just plain addictive! Anyone can make these simple treats - kids, non-cooks, even bachelors! (It's true, I've seen it with my own eyes.) But don't plan on eating just one...

what is your secret to making the bark so smooth looking? These are fun to make and taste good but I am having trouble with the bard

I'm sorry to say I don't really have a secret. I just put the bark in a glass bowl and melt for 30 seconds then stir, then melt another 30 seconds stir and so on until it is completely melted. I have never had trouble with clumping at all. I think the bark melts smoother than chocolate chips and there is no need to use a double boiler. Good luck!
