Mary's Notes:

if you love Oreo cookies you'll love this recipe

Directions

1
finely crush oreos, you can place them in a gallon size freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin or put them in a food processor.
2
Mix finely crushed oreos with room temperature cream cheese
3
roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet in freezer several hours or over night
4
remove one pan at a time and coat balls with melted chocolate bark or use one bar paraffin and one package chocolate chips. I prefer the chocolate chip mixture

I'm guessing these should be stored in the refrigerator after, because of the cream cheese - anybody leave them out?

I made these using the Nabisco chocolate wafers instead of Oreos in order to cut down the sweetness - Wow, did they make a hit with my office .

I made these for Christmas and they are addicting! I dipped some in choc, and some in white choc sprinkled with crushed candy canes. They dip easier when frozen ahead. Store in fridge when finished.

These are sinful! I dipped them in white chocolate but had to give up with the fork and just dip them by had. I've already had a friend request the recipe to make with her daughter this weekend!
