M&M and English Toffee Tapioca Ice Cream

My second oldest asked for this for his birthday after I recently served the Lavender Tapioca Ice Cream to my mom for her birthday.

I do like this, (even when it isn't anyone's birthday)!

Ingredients

3 c
heavy cream
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
almond extract
4 Tbsp
quick cooking tapioca
1/2 c
dark brown sugar
1 pinch
cinnamon
1/2 c
m&ms (used fall colors this time)
1/4 c
english toffee pieces

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan, put all the ingredients save the M&Ms and toffee.

2Bring to a rolling boiling, whisking all the way.

3Pour into a freezer safe bowl. Wait 45 minutes before adding the candy pieces.

4Then stir every 30 minutes for 3-5 hours. Serve delightfully.
