I Can't Believe It's Crackers

DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THIS ON A DAMP RAINY DAY. IT WILL NOT WORK WELL

It is a simple to make as 1,2,3
SO YUMMY YOU CAN'T STOP EATING IT.
When you eat it you will exclaim,
"I cant believe it is crackers !!"

real butter ,saltine crackers, sugar , simi sweet chocolate chips, pecans, vanilla.

Ingredients

1 cup c
sugar
1 c
real butter
16 oz
simi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
chopped pecans
1 1/4 pkg
saltine crackers

Directions Step-By-Step

place crackers side by side on jelly roll pan ( cookie sheet with sides) COVER THE WHOLE PAN

melt butter in a sauce pan
Add sugar bring to a boil for 3 minutes
aAdd vanilla , stir only to mix at first
Ddo not continue to stir

Pour mixture over crackers
Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes

Remove from over sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
Let stand for 5 minutes .
With a spoon smear now melted chocolate chip all around .

Sprinkle chopped pecans all over top .
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes .
Loosen candy from pan with a table knife.
Break apart with hands
Best to keep cool in air tight container
