Nancy J.'s Story

4 years ago I worked the Christmas season at See's Candy Store.
I was the greeter, passing out candy, etc.
When the season was over I was given the SEES's Book, with two pages signed by my co-workers.
Also the recipe by the manager for Fudge made with the Famous SEE's semi-sweet CHOCOLATE CHIPS!
I have seen a few recipes claiming to be the SEE"s Recipe.
But it not SEE's unless you use SEE'S CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
It really makes a difference.!!

4-1/2 c
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
16 oz
semi-sweet see's chocolate chips 16 oz.

Thank you Nancy for your Fudge Recipe. I have never made Fudge before, but this one looks easy enough to try.

    Just goggle:
    SEE's Candies, for store locations
    or..Phone orders at 1-800 347-7337
I may go ahead and post the recipes day or two.
You can always use a good chocolate chip package,,
some of the great flavor will be lost!...
BUT, some times you just have to make do!
