Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring it to a rolling boil over med heat, stirring contantly. Boil for 5 minutes on med heat. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips untill melted. Add marshmellow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat untill well blended. Pour into 13x9" pan that is well buttered. Makes 3 lbs of fudge. Let cool. Instead of chocolate chips you can add white choc. chips, or reese's peanut butter chips, or any kinds of chips you like, but make sure it is 12 oz of whatever you like. Enjoy!
