My town is famous for it's fudge shops. This was inspired by one of my favorite candy stores here. It comes out nice and creamy and dreamy!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c
heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp
butter
6 oz
white chocolate
10
coarsly chopped oreo cookies (approx)

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly to a boil.

4
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
5
Place into a 9x9 inch cake pan.
6
Refigerate until stiff. Approximately 2 hours.

Cheryl, that does work also but it is alot harder to form the parchment & get it to stay in one place while pouring the fudge. It keeps wanting to pop up.

Lining the pan w/parchment also makes it easier.... @Claire: Candy thermometers are sold in grocery stores, sometimes as handy as the baking aisle! Sometimes in the housewares...

Use a candy thermometer, Claire. They are a round glass one.

Might I suggest: Line your cake pan first with a piece of buttered foil first for easy removal of fudge. When set, just pop the foil up with the fudge still in tact & place on cutting board to neatly cut into squares.
