Cookie Dough Truffles

Hope Vaillancourt

These are perfect little treats to give out around the holidays! Everyone will absolutely love these! I made these for work one year a few years back and they were a hit! No one could keep their hands off of them and were quickly consumed! The combination of cookie dough and chocolate is always the perfect pair! The flavorful filling at the center of these yummy candies tastes like genuine chocolate chip cookie dough...without the worry of raw eggs. That's what makes them so appealing. Plus, they're easy to make.
