Amy's Story

I believe I got this froom Taste of Home, several years ago...but it's a keeper! Hope you like it as well as we do! It's easy too!

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
baking cocoa
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
2 Tbsp
butter
finely chopped pistachios

Directions Step-By-Step

In a small heavy saucepan, bring the cocoa, milk and butter to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir until thickened.

Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Roll into 1 inch balls; roll in pistachios. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 2-1/2 dozen
