Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Linda's Story

It just wouldn't seem like Christmas at our house without these gooey ooey chocolate truffles. They are so good. You know what happens when you mix peanut butter and chocolate,,,,yummy.


1 pkg
baker's semi-sweet chocolate (8 squares)
1/2 c
peanut butter
1 (8) oz
tub of cool whip
confectioner's sugar, nuts, sprinkles, coconut, cocoa

Directions Step-By-Step

Microwave chocolate in large microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir halfway through heating time and stir completely afterwards, until melted.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Stir in whipped topping.
Refrigerate for one hour. Shape into one inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar, nuts, coconut, cocoa or sprinkles. Store in refrigerator
