Amanda's Story

These peanut butter bars are extremely easy to make and no baking time required. I have been told thse bars taste better than the actual reese's peanut butter cups :). I hope you enjoy them!

Ingredients

1 c
butter, melted
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
2 c
confectioner's sugar
1 c
creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 c
hershey milk chocolate chips
4 Tbsp
peanut butter

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

I miss read this..... sorry~ I see now where the 4 tablespoons of P-nut butter is for!!!!

I think you meant 1 cup peanut butter instead of 4 Tbls in the recipe?

I made these and they are very good, not too sweet.
I used 1 whole package of milk chocolate chips and it was not too
much chocolate. Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Very true thank you Mary Alcala :) I almost forgot about that! I actually prefer it with oatmeal instead sometimes.
