Amanda's notes for this recipe:
These peanut butter bars are extremely easy to make and no baking time required. I have been told thse bars taste better than the actual reese's peanut butter cups :). I hope you enjoy them!

In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

You are very welcome :). I am always browsing around for new recipes and this is one my mother used to make and I just hung onto it for a long time because yes, it is so unique and too good to be true haha. I hate losing recipes --- and I have lost a lot of them --- but little by little I am finding them or finding even better ones.

This one is also good with quick cooking oatmeal. So if you are out of Graham Crackers it makes a nice substitute.

Very true thank you Mary Alcala :) I almost forgot about that! I actually prefer it with oatmeal instead sometimes.
