granulated sugar
3/4 c
stick butter or margarine
1 can(s)
( 5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg
chocolate semi-sweet morsels or peanut butter morsels
1 jar(s)
( 7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c
walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Lightly spray 13 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray..Bring sugar, butter and milk to full rolling boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly..Boil 4 minutes or until 234*F on candy thermometer, stirring constantly to prevent scorching..Remove from heat. ADD chocolate or peanut butter morsels and marshmellow creme; stir until melted..Stir in nuts and vanilla..POUR into pan..Cool about 3-4 hours then cut into desired size pieces of your choice..Store in tightly sealed container at room temperature.
