2/3 cup cacao butter, shaved and melted
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 tablespoons raw agave or raw honey
1 tablespoon mesquite powder (optional)
2 cups raisins
1 dash salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt the cacao butter in your dehydrator, or a double boiler, or over a bowl of hot water. Mix in the other ingredients by hand. Pour in raisins, 1/2 cup at a time. Use a slotted spoon to transfer raisinsto a wax paper-coated cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
