Stove Top

1 c
2/3 c
white syrup
1/3 c
unsalted butter
1 1/2-2 c
chopped pecan
chocolate bark candy coating, melted

1Combine sugar, syrup, butter, and beaten eggs in medium saucepan. Stir well until mixture comes to a boil on meduim heat. Be careful not to splash eggs up the sides of the pan! They will scramble!!
2Add chopped pecans to mixture. Cook on meduim heat stirring occasionally.
Pour "goo" onto greased cookie sheet and spread out to 1/2 inch thickness. It will not cover the entire pan.
Cool in the refrigerator.
3When goo is cool cut into bite size pieces. Place back in refrigerator. The goo must be very cool before dipping or they will melt.
4Melt chocolate bark on stove in double boiler. Once completely melted, dip goo bites in the chocolate and place on wax paper to set.
Once chocolate is set, place in airtight container.
