Sharon's Story

This recipe is from Nestle. This is a fancy sounding recipe, that is quite easy. It doesn't actually have eggnog in it, just the flavor of eggnog. But, yummy!

2 pkg
(3 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 c
sifted confectioners' sugar
1 Tbsp
heavy cream
1 tsp
brandy extract
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
1/2 c
nestle toll house little bits semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 c
finely chopped pecans

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, heavy cream, brandy extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; beat, until creamy. Stir in Nestle Toll House Little Bits semisweet chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets. Chill 5 minutes. Roll into balls. Coat completely with nuts. Makes 3 1/2 dozen balls.
