brown sugar
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 1/2 c
walnut halves

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar and sour cream in a small saucepan. Cook over med heat stirring until it boils.
Continue to boil until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 240 degrees on a candy therm. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour candy over walnuts in a mixing bowl. Mix well till evenly coated. Turn out onto wax paper and cool.
