Brent's Chocolate Coconut Candies

sweetened condensed milk
(12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, coconut, almonds and milk. Shape into 1 inch balls and regrigerate until firm. Approximatelly 20 minutes.
In a microwave, melt the chips and shortening on high for about 1 minute; sitr. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 seconds until smooth.
dip balls in the melted chocolate; allow the excess to drip off and place on waxed paper. Let stand until set and store in an airtight container.
Tipp: You can also use chocolate or white bark if you want to. I have used both.
