Bailey's Irish Coffee Cream Fudge

|3/4 c||margarine or butter|
|1/2 - 3/4 c||evaporated milk|
|1/3 c||bailey's irish cream|
|1 Tbsp||instant coffee crystals|
|7 oz||jar marshmallow cream|
|1 pkg||vanilla morsels or butterscotch chips|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
Very smooth and silky fudge. I like to make this recipe and my other Bailey's Irish Cream fudge and give as gifts because they are both wonderful flavors. All my friends love love love this fudge!
