semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a BIG sauce pan (because it can boil over very easy) (and what a mess that was to clean up)
Sir together sugar and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil for 7 minutes. Stirring a lot.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, marshmallow creme, and salt.
Stir until all melts together. Add walnuts. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. Cool in refrigerator overnight. Cut into desired squares and ENJOY!!
This makes 5 pounds of fudge!!!
