MIX FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL
LINE A CUPCAKE PAN WITH LINERS
SPOON IN 2 TABLESPOONS OF THE YELLOW CAKE MIX

MIX THE NEXT 4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER TO MAKE THE BROWNIE TOPS
SPOON IN 2 TABLESPOONS ON TOP OF THE YELLOW CAKE MIX

PLACE IN OVEN ON 350 F FOR ABOUT 25 MIN OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN TAKE OUT OF PAN AND LET COOL FOR AN HOUR

TAKE THE WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE ICING AND PUT IT IN A BAGGIE OR PIPING BAG CUT THE CORNER AND START TO ICE THE CUPCAKES LAST SPRINKLE SOME CANDY SPRINKLES ON THEM AND NOW THEY ARE DONE
