Cream Butter, add sugar and cream until smoothh. Add eggs one at a time with the flour and soda,salt, by sifting it alternatley and by adding liguid and beat well. Add nuts and fruit and mix well. pour into a very large greased and floured strusal pan or reg. tube pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
Hint for your fruit and nuts. put them in a bag or bowl and add a little flour and litely coat all the fruit and nuts. ( called dreging your fruit).
