Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, melted
1 c
brown sugar
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/8 tsp
salt
1 c
flour
1 c
white chocolate chips divided
1/2 c
caramel chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8x8 pan. Beat together the butter and brown sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
2In a separate bowl sift together the salt and flour. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
3Stir in caramel bits and 1/2 cup of the white chocolate chips. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-28 minutes.
4Once the blondies are done and cooled melt remaining white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Drizzle blondies and serve.
