8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Combine all ingredients, except 1 box pistachio pudding and whipped topping.
Pour into a 13x 9x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Completely cool before frosting.
FROSTING: 1 PKG.pistachio pudding mix combined with whipped topping mixture ... beat until fluffy, then frost cold cake! Refrigerate leftovers.
