Warm Lemon Pudding Cake

- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 1 1/4 cups of water ( one and one fourth cups)
- 2 pkg (3.4 oz size) of lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling -i use the jello brand
- 1/3 cup of sugar
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Prepare cake batter as directed on the box.Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish,set to the side.Pour Milk and Water into a large bowl.Add dry pudding mixes,and the sugar.Beat by hand with wire wisk,untill well blended.Spoon over cake batter.Place baking dish on a sheet of aluminum foil,to catch any sauce that may bubble over the side while cake bakes.
2Bake about 50 minutes to a hour ,test with a tooth -pick ,untill the tooth-pick comes out clean.(test in center of cake)Let Cool for about 10 minutes before serving the Sauce will thicken slightly as it cools.
