Vegan Cinnamon Pear Bread Amish

|1 c||vegan butter, softened i used earthbalance|
|1 medium||banana (ripe) about 1 cup|
|2 c||almond milk - plus 2 tsps cider vinegar|

|2 medium||pears (ripe) diced or 2 diced apples|

I made this for my family and my 17 year old daughter and my 53 year brother in law wrote down the recipe to keep. My brother law ate most of the first pan. My daughter has never asked for a recipe before. I had to tweak this recipe a lot to make it vegan.
Grease 2 bread loaf pans
Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
