Many of my friends like this cake. It is a sticky cake and they like that. This recipe is for ( Time after Time ) cakes.

Convection Oven

Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
1 1/2 c
confectioners' sugar
2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
20 oz
can crushed pineapple

TOPPING

3/4 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
pecans
1 small
can milk ( 8 or 6 ) ounce
1 1/2 stick
butter
3/4 c
sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first five ingredents, Pour into a 9+13 greased pan, sprinkle on top of brown sugar and pecans, Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes

For topping

1 small can, can milk, 1 1/2 stick butter, 3/4 cup sugar

Boil 10 minutes cool for 5 minutes.
Pour over hot cake.
