Rebekah's Story

Quick and easy dessert that will melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

1 box
angel food cake mix (i use betty crocker)
1 can(s)
lemon pie filling (i used one 21 oz can of comstock pie filling for a total of 42 oz)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl.
I just mixed it by hand...
Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.

Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powered sugar. It has a melt in your mouth spongy texture.

Marge...here is another post here on JAP. Two Ingredient Lemon Bars......

Just mixed it by hand... Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan (or a lg. bundt cake pan...may have to adjust baking time).
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown)

It calls for 2-cans. I think she meant '2-cans' here...recipe needed to be edited.

This recipe is a bit confusing... You said 1 --- 21oz can for a total of 42 oz. Do you really mean 2 cans?
