Ingredients For tiramisu mousse cheesecake

1 1/3 cnilla wafers (about 40 cookies), crushed

3 Tbspbutter, melted

4 - 8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature, divided

3/4 csugar
-
6 Tbspstrong brewed coffee, cooled & divided

3 x lgeggs
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1 sm pkginstant vanilla pudding mix, dry

2 ccool whip, divided
-
1 squaresemi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated, divided
How To Make tiramisu mousse cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Mix wafer crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan.

3Beat 3 pkgs cream cheese, sugar, 1 tbsp coffee in a standing mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each, just until blended. Pour over crust.

4Bake 28 - 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.

5Beat remaining cream cheese in standing mixer until creamy. Add milk, remaining coffee; mix well. Add dry pudding; beat 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 C cool whip. Spread over cooled cheesecake, sprinkle with 1/2 shaved chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.

6Garnish with remaining cool whip & remaining 1/2 shaved chocolate just before serving.
