deluxe devil's food cake mix
sorrento whole milk ricotta cheese
premium chocolate (make sure it's sweetened!)
sour cream at room temperature
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of two 9X2 cake pans.
2Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute. Scrape bowl. Mix on medium for 2 minutes.
3Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
4For frosting: Melt chocolate over simmering water until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Whisk sour cream into melted chocolate. Frost cake.
