|1 box||deluxe devil's food cake mix|
|1 c||sorrento whole milk ricotta cheese|
|1/2 c||vegetable oil|
|12 oz||premium chocolate (make sure it's sweetened!)|
|1 c||sour cream at room temperature|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of two 9X2 cake pans.
Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute. Scrape bowl. Mix on medium for 2 minutes.
Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
For frosting: Melt chocolate over simmering water until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Whisk sour cream into melted chocolate. Frost cake.
