    thawed frozen or fresh cranberries
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make tangy cranberry cobbler

    Preheat oven to 400F. Combine thawed cranberries, dried cranberries, raisins, orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a 9-inch square baking dish; toss to coat.

    Combine flour, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in large bowl; mix well. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir just until moistened. Drop batter by large spoonfuls over cranberry mixture.
