Ingredients For tangy cranberry cobbler

2 cthawed frozen or fresh cranberries

1 cdried cranberries

1 craisins

1/2 corange juice

1/4 cplus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided

2 tspcornstarch

1 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 ccold butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 cmilk
How To Make tangy cranberry cobbler

1Preheat oven to 400F. Combine thawed cranberries, dried cranberries, raisins, orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a 9-inch square baking dish; toss to coat.

2Combine flour, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in large bowl; mix well. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir just until moistened. Drop batter by large spoonfuls over cranberry mixture.

3Bake 35-40 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
