Sweet 'n Tender Apple Sheet Cake

This is a remarkably moist and delicious cake. You can actually smell and taste the wonderful apples while you are making the cake, while it is baking and when you are finally eating it! This is a wonderful potluck dessert, but it is soooo good for a family dinner, too. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!

P.S. I like to use Granny Smith or Gala apples because of their crisp, sweet flavors. I do not recommend McIntosh apples (they are too juicy) or Delicious (don't seem to have enough flavor).
