1In mixing bowl, beat eggs, add milk,water and and vanilla.
2In a smaller mixing bowl combine flour,sugar, baking powder and salt, blend this into egg mixture until smooth.
3In a deep frying pan with high sides put in enough oil to reach half way up sides of frying pan.
4Pour funnel cake mixture into funnel container of pitcher with small opening (tupperware pitcher works great) pouring cake mixture into hot oil making a circle around the pan from outside working inward. When brown on one side flip and cook other side, when done lay on paper towel, let grease drip off.
5Then brush top with melted butte and sprinkle powerded sugar, or cinnamon sugar, you can even top with fruit.
