Ingredients

COBBLER FILLING:

1/3 c
splenda
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 c
apple juice, unsweetened
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1 tsp
fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp
butter
6 medium
granny smith apples peeled and diced
1/2 c
golden raisins (optional)

TOPPING:

1 c
all purpose flour
2 Tbsp
splenda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2baking tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
3 Tbsp
cold butter,cut into small pieces
2/3 c
reducded fat sour cream
1/4 c
skim milk
1 tsp
vanila extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray set aside.

Whisk together splenda flour,cinnamon,apple juice,lemon juice and zest in a medium bowl. set aside.

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat add apples and cook, stirring often, util softened. * minutes. Stir in apple juice mixture and bring to a boil. stir in raisins(optional) spoon apple mixture into prepared baking dish,

Prepare topping:
Combine flour, splenda baking powder,soda,and salt in the bowl of a food processor,add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.

Stir in sour cream,milk and vanilla. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto the apple mixture bake in oven 25 mintues or until topping is lightly brown. I like it warm.
