Spiced Apple Cinnamon Bars

A recent trip to a local orchard left me with an abundance of fresh apples. After experimenting with several different recipes, I came up with this one. :-)

I hope you enjoy them!

(Try mixing two or more different varieties of apples for a wide range of flavor. I like Jonathan, Jonagold, Golden Delicious and Granny Smith for baking)
