Simple and easy. Not hard to make, either. Serve plain or with your favorite fruit topping; I wouldn't dream of drowning out the vanilla/sour cream flavors.

Ingredients

4 large
eggs, separated
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1 c
sugar
16 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 large
graham cracker pie crust

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

8 oz
sour cream
5 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar.
2Beat the cream cheese; fold sugar mixture and cream cheese together.
3Add egg yolks and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
4Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla well. Spread over hot cheesecake very carefully. Bake 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Cool on rack in oven, with door oven (important).
