SOUR CREAM TOPPING:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar.
Beat the cream cheese; fold sugar mixture and cream cheese together.
Add egg yolks and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla well. Spread over hot cheesecake very carefully. Bake 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Cool on rack in oven, with door oven (important).
