- yellow cake mix
- small box of vanilla (instant) pudding
- 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 can(s)
- crushed pineapple 8 oz (small can)
- 1 c
- shredded coconut (finely)
1Fix Cake Mix as directed on box.
2Then add pudding and cinnamon to the cake mixture.
3Beat ingredients with a mixer.
4Fold in nuts, coconut, and crushed pineapple.
5Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
